Dr Lena Wang, leader of the CPOW Diversity & Inclusion theme, is working on a project understanding career needs for LGBTQIA+ students in Australia. The project aims to identify best practices for universities to support the careers of LGBTQIA+ students, particularly during COVID-19. The project, led by Flinders University and funded by the National Centre for Student Equity in Higher Education, has wrapped up its interview phase and will move to the survey phase next.
