Work+Care in a Gender Inclusive Recovery: A Bold Policy Agenda for a New Social Contract

After a year of crises in work and care the Roundtable, a research network of 33 academics from 17 Australian universities, has concluded current policy settings for work, care and family are broken. The Roundtable advocates a new social contract that recognises and supports the interconnections of work and care to ensure the decent work and decent care essential for an inclusive and gender-equal recovery.
